2. Will you be able to tackle all of the work involved, including any structural changes?
Yes. Refurbishment works can call on expertise across all disciplines of building, and we are confident that every aspect will be completed competently, up to all latest building regulation standards. As open plan living has become popular, we are accustom to removing walls, and reconfiguring layouts – at all times we will work to engineer’s specifications, from our own engineer or your own allocated professional.
3. We want to update our kitchen and bathroom – can you help us?
Yes. We have overseen the installation of many kitchens and bathrooms, across all big name brands, both high street and designer. All aspects of decorations and tiling can also be executed. You can even employ our design services in setting out your kitchen or bathroom. We will be able to create a comprehensive layout plan, offering ideas and insight onto the practical design.
4. Can we see a refurbishment you’ve already completed?
Yes. We will be more than happy for you to visit one of our sites.
5. Are your works guaranteed?
Yes. Upon completion of the work, you will be given a 2 year workmanship guarantee. As members of the federation of master builders we abide and follow by their guidelines, and are vetted accordingly.
