‘This was our first home, and we were daunted by the prospect of such a large building project. However, upon meeting with the surveyor who came to see us from Zenith at our initial consultation, we knew we were in good hands. We were very pleased with the manner in which each stage of the project was broken down and explained, and were impressed with the level of knowledge Zenith possessed surrounding all areas of the build process. They took the time to understand (and help) with our budgetary needs, which I think is always a good sign.
Their architect developed stunning designs for two bathrooms and a down stairs WC, including split level floors and ceilings and other design features beyond the scope we were working to, whilst keeping everything in budget. Comprehensive damp proofing, complete re-plumbing and central heating installation and a complete rewiring were all completed within four weeks. There has been no cutting of corners – if moving a wall or a chimney breast means disturbing the plastering on a ceiling, they re-plaster the whole ceiling (rather than patching up) to ensure that the finish, in the end, will be perfect. Their work ethic is second to none and the site was always left tidy at the end of the day. We would be happy to recommend them to anyone with a large scale project like ours’
